25A?

Existing Market. 

In terms of products and services, I don’t know what’s next. Each customer has different needs and will need different hardware and or services provided.

To be honest I have no clue who to interview or where to find people to interview. I’d assume they would tell me to begin marketing myself and business to my target customers.

New Market.

Again, I don’t know what to write about. I am not an imaginative person nor am I creative. I like many things but thinking up new ideas is not for me.

    Thanks for your post. I think you're selling your self short. Would your product be strictly software based, or would it expand to hardware as well? Would there be proprietary CRM software offered to customers or custom accounting/billing tools delivered. The great thing about your service is that it can be customized to the customer. Your means and ability would be the limiting factor, which could be overcome with expansion and investing.

  2. Matt, thanks for sharing. I have found some of our assignments to be challenging, but I have also been able to grow my business idea more by critically thinking about my market. A good start may be to further research your idea and try to find out more about the existing market that would use your product and then go from there.
